Equity & Social Justice Strategic Plan Orientation 1

At King County, we are excited about the new, bold Equity and Social Justice Strategic Plan (the Plan) because it lays out a vision for how we will be more equitable in all aspects of government by 2022. Through the Plan, we seek to have very real and positive impacts on all of our employees and the residents we serve.

County employees are change agents and leaders in advancing equity and social justice (ESJ). They need the knowledge and tools to help their departments and agencies create their 2017-2018 ESJ Implementation Plans.

All King County employees are strongly encouraged to attend 1 of 4 two-hour, facilitated sessions that orients employees to the ESJ Strategic Plan and helps them become familiar with an overview of its contents.
